Strategic Creative Direction: Guided the visual direction to ensure it resonated with the team's spirit and goals, ultimately enhancing fan engagement.
Sponsorship Acquisition and Communication: Identifying potential sponsors whose values aligned with the team's and crafting proposals that highlighted the mutual benefits of partnership. This involved understanding their marketing objectives and demonstrating how Oregon Lacrosse could help achieve them. This included Nike Lacrosse, Celsius, Fabletics, Oregon Football and more.
Public Relations and Communications: Crafted alumni emails, coordinating game-day media, managing team communications, and proactively seeking opportunities to share the team's story and achievements with a wider audience.
Results
Grew on social media over 9.6 thousand.
Instagram achieved over 3 million impressions during the season.
Maintained and grew all channels to a collective 44,000 followers.
Boosted attendance by 400%, growing from 20 to 100 people per game.
Established clear identity guidelines to ensure consistent messaging on all channels.
